2026 Honda Passport TrailSport POV night drive, highway drive, 0-60 acceleration, exhaust sound, review. The new Passport got everyone excited, and I don’t blame them. I mean it has an awesome exterior design, it no longer looks like a shortened version of the Pilot and it’s more off-road capable than ever. Some of the things Honda changed in the new generation are shorter front and rear overhangs, more rigid structure, and increased approach and departure angles. We even got a new off-road TrailSport trim, which features things like all-terrain tires, heavy-duty recovery hooks, steel skid plates for the underbody protection and a suspension tuned for off-road driving. It uses a unibody construction from the Pilot, however, if we compare it to the Pilot, the Passport has softer springs and stabilizer bars, slower steering ratio and increased ride height, so it’s not like Honda just changed the styling and called it a day. Obviously, as of suspension we have a strut front, multilink in the back combined with regular, passive dampers. As of engine, we only have one option, a 3.5L naturally aspirated V6. The engine got a 5 hp bump compared to the predecessor, making a total of 285 hp and at the same time, it’s more eco-friendly. Just like in the previous model, we have a 10-speed automatic transmission on board, which has slightly modified ratios, and as standard, we get a torque-vectoring AWD system, which can send up to 70% of torque to the rear axle, and then 100% of that 70% to either left, or right wheel. As of trims, we have 3 of them to choose from RTL starting at $44,750, TrailSport starting at $48,450, and TrailSport Elite starting at $52,450. Other SUVs to consider are a Honda Pilot, Toyota 4Runner, Toyota Land Cruiser, Ford Bronco, Subaru Outback, Mazda CX 70, Jeep Gran Cherokee, Honda CRV. 00:00 - Exterior 00:25 - Interior (Front Seats) 03:23 - Interior (Backseat) 04:15 - Trunk 04:35 - Exterior 05:26 - Driving 07:57 - Acceleration 08:17 - Highway 14:12 - Acceleration 14:22 - Driving Specs: Engine: 3.5L V6 | 285 hp | 262 lb-ft of torque Transmission: 10-speed automatic transmission | AWD Color: Radiant Red Metallic II Price as tested: $50,355 #honda #hondapassport #trailsport #pov #review #cars Follow me on Instagram and TikTok @tom.swiatek
