You can improve your well-being by avoiding news altogether like he has done for the last eight years or at least follow his guidelines for healthy news consumption. Tobias Wahlqvist is a dedicated multi-talent who has been running his own communication and media production business for over 20 years. Tobias is driven by a healthy academic complex and always seeks to learn something new about everything (except for sports and accounting). Over the years, he has also been a concert photographer, run an art gallery, and written a book.
