We began our journey from Raipur on 30th October 2020, It was our first trip of the year after Covid happened. We received an invite from the CROW foundation An NGO committed to conservation and Research on the Wilderness of Chhattisgarh. On Day one we explored the Machkot Tiriya Forest Range where we witnessed rich biodiversity and beautiful sal forest and had the best riding experience ever! Tiriya village, the first fully solar-powered village of Bastar was indeed incredible, and Tiriya Sangam is also a point of attraction. Later we were astonished to stand in front of the Tallest Teak Trees: Ram, Laxman, Bharat, and Shatrughn, these trees happen to be 400+ years old and are a sight to see. We spent our entire day exploring the forest and by evening we touched down to a scenic tribal village - Gudiapadar.
