As contracts dry up in the hot Alma weather, our FS25 Rags to Riches playthrough hits a snag. We need to buy more land, but we have to sell equipment to afford it. This is a Rags to Riches playthrough as I started with no land, no equipment, and no money but a $100k loan. Some basic details about how I do this series: • Hard Economy • No starting land • No starting equipment • Only starting money is a $100k loan • No leasing, borrowing, or financing of equipment • Contracts work is okay, but I have to use my own equipment • No generators • Productions are okay, but they might be modded to make them less overpowered • I will use mods, but only ones that keep the balance of the vanilla game intact. • Will be using AI workers and Courseplay and Autodrive heavily as the farm grows, but will also be doing a lot of work myself. • My goal is to hit $5M balance, but the farm needs to be a viable ongoing farm.
