Since Vivid Seats is a marketplace, your seller will transfer the tickets to you. This can take a bit of time; you may not receive the tickets instantly, but they’re on their way. Once the transfer is initiated, you’ll receive an email from Ticketmaster, the venue, or the team you bought tickets for. If you’re not seeing a transfer email in your inbox, try searching “accept tickets,” “sent you tickets” or the name of the concert, performer, stadium, or team you bought tickets to, or check your spam folder. Once you receive the transfer email, click the accept tickets button in the email. Login with the same email you used to buy tickets on Vivid Seats and you’ll automatically see your tickets. If you don’t have an account with the site you’re on, you’ll need to create one to accept your tickets. If your emails don’t match, you’ll have to make a new Ticketmaster account that matches the Vivid Seats email you used to buy your tickets. Emails must match to transfer. Since tickets are being transferred to you by a seller, they may not be available instantly. Check your order confirmation email from Vivid Seats for expected timing and information about where they’re coming from. If you click the accept tickets button in your email and receive the message “Oops! Something went wrong”, a 403 error, or “blocked/forbidden,” there may be connection issues. Try a different device or browser, or go into private mode. You can also wait and try again in an hour or so. If you accept your tickets and follow the link but don’t see a barcode or QR code, your event may be too far in the future to access tickets. For security reasons, some venues will not release your ticket code for 24-48 hours before the event. If you click the “accept tickets” button in your email and receive a “link expired” message or a similar error, it could be that your ticket acceptance link was time sensitive.
