In this exercise, the group will improve their decision making skills by making choices within time constraints. Let’s give these variations a try: 1.   When you have a very big group, you can split it up into smaller groups. Each group performs the same exercise at the same time. You tell the stories aloud so all the small groups can hear you. After the exercise has finished, you can mingle the groups and do the same exercise again. The stories can be the same. Because the groups have different compositions, the exercise will feel new again for everyone. In this way, everyone can experience how different making a discussion can be with different people. 2.   You can vary the time limits. For example, you can change the ten-minute time limit into a five-minute time limit. You can make it very difficult by giving them only a one-minute time limit. You can set a different time limit for each part of the exercise. For example, the object part has a ten minute time limit and the airplane part has a one minute time limit.
