Hey my loves! Welcome back to another video. This is my current baking cabinet and it is working really well for us! Baked Ice Cream Cake Recipe 1. Use any store bought white cake mix and make according to directions. Cool completely. 2. Horizontally slice the cake into two and add a one inch layer of ice cream (I used Bullar's Vanilla Ice Cream) and then replace the top and freeze until the ice cream is completely frozen. 3. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. 4. To make the meringue 4 egg whites 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp cream of tartar Whisk the egg until foamy and increase the speed and then add the cream of tartar and finally, gradually add the sugar. Whisk until it forms stiff peaks - do not over beat as that is as bad as under beating. 5. Cover the entire cake with dollops of the meringue mix and then pop it in the oven for about 5-6 minutes or until the peaks are brown. 6.
