If you have a situation where your golf ball is in a position that it would be easier for you to play opposite-handed (standing on the other side of the ball), and you then find that, due to this circumstance, you have interference with an immovable obstruction, you are permitted to take relief from this abnormal course condition if: your ball isn't in a penalty area, and playing that way would be considered reasonable If you are only choosing to play that way to gain free relief, then this would not be considered reasonable, and you would not be entitled to free relief. In this video, Blakey's left-handed shot would be seen as ridiculous, as he may damage his club or miss the ball. Playing right-handed would be reasonable as it gives him a clear shot to the green. He then finds that he has interference from the cart path (immovable obstruction), and is entitled to free relief.
