The IRS “Dirty Dozen” list highlights the most dangerous tax scams each year, and this one is catching taxpayers off guard. In this video, Jon Markee, your Builder CPA, explains the Sick Leave and Family Leave Credit scam that the IRS is currently seeing. While this credit was legitimate for self-employed individuals in 2020 and 2021 during the pandemic, it is no longer available for current tax years.
