Making Pineapple Jam! 🍍 | Costa Rican Autumn

Hello, and welcome to another video about Costa Rica! As a Brit abroad, with autumn comes the urge to stay inside and bake and read books while it’s cold and raining outside. However, there is a distinct lack of the freezing weather which I am used to in the tropical sunshine of the Osa Peninsula - and whilst I still have a LOT of rainy weather here, my autumn so far has been wonderfully different from usual! One of my favourite things about autumn is all the wonderful cosy food you get to enjoy, and since I always make jam with my mum in the autumn (damson or blackberry is best), I decided that this year I would make the Costa Rican equivalent: pineapple jam! In Spanish this is called 'mermelada de piña', so I I hope you enjoy the recipe and have a beautiful rest of the autumn! Pura vida :)
