Butt implants are made of silicone, very similar to breast implants. Very often they're a firmer less malleable form than breast implants. You have to make an incision, an actual cut to get them in. With a Brazilian Butt Lift you make a small hole, which in Hawaii we call a puka. You make a small puka and inject the fat onto either side.
