Kobo Libra 2 with Microsoft Surface Pen

I have a Kobo Sage coming and wanted to see how my new Microsoft Surface Pen felt on the screen…smooth! And fully functional?! The Pen, Highlighter, Eraser….all working in the "devmodeon" Beta Feature, “Sketch Pad”. This appears to just work with the Libra 2—I did not have success with it on the Libra h20 (prior version) nor the Clara HD. It did not write at all on either device. It doesn't appear to be capable of as much as Kobo Sage. I might be seeing a slight slight amount of pressure sensitivity but cannot tell. If you wanted some writing capability on a Kobo, but do not want to buy the Sage, this apparently seems to work and is much nicer than an over rubbery Capacitive Touch stylus. After having tried the Kobo Stylus, this feels far less clacky/clicky. This pen does make noise, but it is not as noisy as Kobo's and feels like the nib moves up and down within a shorter range, which probably reduces the clacking sounds. It may be more of a metallic sound too instead of plastic. The encasement of the rest of the pen is also metal, which feels cool at first and has a nice weight to it. It is not too heavy in my opinion. On the Libra screen, the nib moves across smoothly, but has a subtle grip to it, however I don't think I would call it "rubbery". It might be called a dragging effect, but is a light drag and does not feel bad.
