2018 Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo in Wake Forest, N.C.

The 2018 APPA Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo is the foremost showcase of public power lineworker skills and knowledge. This year's national competition was held in Wake Forest, North Carolina and was hosted by ElectriCities of NC. At the Rodeo, journeyman and apprentice lineworkers from public power utilities located across the United States compete for professional recognition, attend training courses, and practice essential skills in a safe environment. Furthermore, attendees have a unique opportunity to connect with a nationwide community of lineworker professionals, family and friends. ElectriCities of NC thanks the town of Wake Forest, the American Public Power Association and all the sponsors who collaborated on making the 2018 APPA Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo a success enjoyed by the nation's best and brightest lineworkers and their families.
