Hello Vietnam: We visit Ho Chi Minh City and sightsee, then go to the Vietnamese hills to see Dalat

We travel from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City, our first stop in Vietnam. After sampling the first of many delicious banh mi we explore the city, visiting the War Remnants Museum, the Independence Palace and the the Notre Dame Cathedral (briefly). Then we spend morning exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels and visiting a lovely rooftop bar before we're up the next day and off on the bus to Dalat.
