Krishna, age 23 years, caste SC Madiga, occ Student, R/o H.no.1-190/1, Ambedkarnagar, Miyapur, Serilingampally, R.R.Dist. Deceased:- Gaddam Praveen s/o Late Sattaiah, age 22 years, Caste SC Madiga, Occ Auto driver, R/o Srivaninagar colony, near Coca cola company, Ameenpur, Sanga Reddy Dist. N/o Teegalaveni (V), Gudur (M), Mahaboobhabad Dist. Date of Report:- 23.08.2019 at 0500 hrs Complainant seen the head of deceased at Infront of Tasty Kings Bakery, beside Rohith wines, Miyapur x roads to Bachupally road. Later immediately witness by name Rajesh, who went to PS was called to spot at Miyapur x roads and got identified the head of the deceased and later they led to scene of offence situated at Sy.No.100, 101 between Dharmapuri temple and Dumping yard. Accused persons:- A1) Dokku Srikanth Yadav s/o Nagender Rao, age 30 years, occ Business, R/o M.A. Nagar, Miyapur. N/o Chellapally (V) & (M), Krishna Dist. A2) Kukkala Naga Srinu s/o K.Shiva Nageshwar Rao, age 20 years, occ Auto driver, R/o M.A. Nagar, Miyapur. N/o Yesupuram (V), Nagayalanka (M), Krishna Dist. A3) Smt. Dokku Swathi w/o D.Srikanth Yadav, age 27 years, occ Maid Servant, R/o M.A. Nagar, Miyapur. N/o Yesupuram (V), Nagayalanka (M), Krishna Dist. Motive of the offence:- Accused A1 Srikanth who is native of West Godavari dist settled in Miyapur area since 10 years back performed love marriage with A3 and blessed with one son. The A1 has got previous criminal history of beating the persons at Auto Adda and he also involved in one Attempt to Murder case from Ameenpur PS in the year 2017 and hurt case at Ramachandrapuram PS. He is active in Auto rental business and also finance to the petty Auto drivers and used to collect the money with his back ground reputation. He also maintaining illegal contacts with another lady since many years and maintaining the second family with her. A1 and the deceased Praveen are close associates. Recently he suspected deceased was moving with his rivarally group who was victim in Attempt murder case in the hands of A1 and he came to know that the deceased hatched a plan and he may eliminate A1 at any time. As such 4 months back A1 and A2 lifted deceased and when they brought him to bus body, the common friends of both deceased and accused settled the issued and convinced A1. But the A1 who bore grudge in his mind that at any cost he has to eliminate Praveen, otherwise he may kill A1 by colluding with his enemy. As such A1 and A2 while waiting for opportunity on 22/23.08.2019 night at about 11 PM when they saw deceased Praveen at Srivaninagar, Coca cola factory, Ameenpur they spoke to Praveen sweetly and brought him on Bullet bike to Miyapur Auto stand where A1 and A2 by seeing the Auto driver Rajesh they bet him on the pretext of finance money and snatched away Auto by beating the Rajesh they took Rajesh along with them making deceased Praveen to drive the same Auto to house of A1 at M.A. Nagar, Miyapur. After reaching his house A1 asked Praveen to stay back in the Auto, forcefully took Rajesh into the house, where A1 and A2 again had liquor, A1 informed his wife A3 that as planned he is going to kill Praveen who otherwise will kill A1. Accordingly A3 accepted the same and given her chunni to A1. A1 seriously threatened Rajesh that he should support execution of his plan for eliminating Praveen and otherwise he will also kill Rajesh. Rajesh due to fear followed him, A1 and A2 took Rajesh into Auto again and believing words of A1, Praveen drove the Auto towards Dharmapuri temple, dumping yard behind Deepthisrinagar. On the directions of A1, Praveen took the Auto into the jungle area where they stopped the Auto and proceeded into bushes area by foot where A1 asked to deceased Praveen and A2 to catch the hands of Rajesh and by acting as if he was about to attack on Rajesh, A1 took out chunni given by A3 from his pocket and suddenly fixed the same to the neck of deceased Praveen. Immediately A1 and A2 made Praveen to fell down on the ground and A1 by shouting asked Rajesh to catch the legs of Praveen and also instructed A2 to take the knife from A1 pocket and cut the throat of Praveen upon which Rajesh with fear run away into the bushy area to protect himself mean while A2 cut the neck of deceased and both A1 and A2 brutally the separated the deceased neck from his trunk. Later as A1 took the head of deceased into his hand both A1 and A2 proceeded to their house in Rajesh Auto took his wife and children and while escaping from Hyderabad A1 thrown the head of the deceased on the road infront of Tasty kings Bakery near Miyapur x roads, Miyapur.
