The Kind Grower Discovers: Inclusive Workplace Training at The GUILD International College

The Kind Grower enables workplace inclusion opportunities. Our PESTICIDE FREE vegetables are provided at Zero Fee as our accompaniment to this worthwhile endeavour by The Guild International College for the Metta Charity Carnival. A. Model SKUs 1. 6 SKUs from the Quirky Jazz collection 2. Pre-packaged, with labels, as model Finished Goods for students. B. Training SKUs 1. 6 SKUs pre-packaged, without labels 2. The labels are packed separately (so that students can stick on the 2 labels to complete the packaging into Finished Goods – Product Label & The Kind Grower Logo Label) C. SKUs For Sale 1. A 3rd set of Quirky Jazz is provided as SKUs For Sale. 2. 8 SKUs from the Baby Jazz collection is also provided for the students to be familiar with the wide range of Pesticide Free fresh vegetables, as part of The Kind Grower’s nutritional diversity commitment. D. Marketing Collaterals 1. Product Information is provided in soft copies – The Kind Grower Posters, Product Leaflets, and Product Price List in pdf – for teachers/students to print & familiarise themselves with the Brand, Farm & Products. 2. The Kind Grower Button Badges (optional) Suggested Prepared Inclusive Workplace (School Training) 1. The teachers may then unpack the pre-packaged vegetables by SKU. Keep them organised by SKUs. 2. Lay each SKU out loose for the students to identify and pack them – in small baskets or on a plate – back into the packaging box. The students will need to work on a flat table. 3. Place each model SKU next to the loose vegetables so that the students can be confident to pack and stick on the labels. Each student may be able to pack 1 or 2 Training SKU(s) this way. 4. On the day of the Carnival, at the booth, the 2 SKUs (model & training SKU), may both be displayed proudly by the student who has packed his/her own SKUs. However, these are not to be sold, as these are considered training materials. 5. Photo documentations of the process would help parents, teachers and the community understand and also learn how inclusive workplaces can happen, with thoughtful preparations. 6. Students can set up the booth and retail with confidence regarding the Brand Products. The students may decide how they would like to distribute their profits, based on the School policy and in consultation with their teachers. 7.
