How Good a Gun Slinger was JAMES GARNER from “Maverick” Gun Handling, Gun Spinning & Fast Draw? WATCH THIS!! The first part of this clip is a the opening scene to an episode of Maverick which aired Oct 25, 1959 from Season 3 Episode 7 “Full House”. The second part of this clip is a Home Movie NO SOUND of either Joe Bowman Hollywood Gun Coach or possibly Joel Gray Actor with James Garner training in 1959 for the episode of Maverick mentioned above (Watch for the C1 Corvette at end of clip 1 AWESOME!). The third part of this clip WITH SOUND is a replay of the scene from the episode of Maverick where James Garner applies his training. NOTE: Pay Attention to how he catches the gun in the holster. This is a 3 segment video of two separate clips with the first clip being the opening scene to an episode of Maverick which aired Oct 25, 1959 from Season 3 Episode 7 “Full House”. The second part of this video is a Home Movie clip with no sound of Joe Bowman Hollywood Gun Coach Training and Practicing with James Garner in what appears to be a studio parking lot. The third part of this clip is a replay of the episode of Maverick which aired Oct 25, 1959 “Full House” from Season 3 Episode 7 in the opening scene James Garner is using the exact training from the home movie clip, but applying his training in the show. It was really quite a surprise to actually put these two clips together as they obviously go together, although I do not know if Anyone associated 1 with the other before this. EXTRA NOTE: In closing I have to acknowledge the Black 1959 CHEVY CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE C1 ROADSTER at the end of the home movie clip WOW (this gets a double) WOW that is a dream car. This car has been a favorite of mine since I first saw one in about 1966 or 1967 when a person who lived in our community had a red and white one. I imagine this car if stock was the trusty 4-speed with 270 horsepower 283 cubic inches of a V8 Chevrolet small block motor. The Last thing I will mention is the removable hard top which can be used in place of the Black convertible soft top. BEAUTIFUL CAR !!
