In today’s video we will be practicing bound poses. Yoga binds aren’t all twisty pretzely type poses, though some are. A bind is a pose where one part of the body grabs or pulls against another part. For each of the binds we practice today, we will be also practicing the pose without the bind. Going forward, if you prefer the bound version of these poses, you can apply that to your practice anytime they come up.
