Perfect for seafood and chicken lovers looking for easy fusion home recipes. 📺 Show Name: Mehboob’s Kitchen 👨🍳 Host: Mehboob Khan 📡 Channel: Masala TV 📋 RECIPE CARD 19-B Soup Ingredients: Chicken (small cubes) – 1 cup Prawns (small cubes) – 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced) – 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms – 3–4 Dark soy sauce – 5 tablespoons Egg whites – 5 tablespoons Cornflour – ½ cup Chicken stock – 1 liter Carrots (small cubes) – 2 Spring onions (sliced) – 3 Oil – 3 tablespoons Black pepper – 1 tablespoon ________________________________________ Method: 1. In a pan, lightly fry the chicken and prawns for 1 minute. 2. Add soy sauce and chili sauce and fry for another 1 minute. 3. Add chicken stock, black pepper, shiitake mushrooms, and button mushrooms. Boil for 5 minutes. 4. Add the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. 5. Add cornflour to thicken the soup. 6. Beat the egg whites and slowly pour them in, cooking for 1 minute. 7. Serve hot. Chicken Oyster Sauce Ingredients: • Garlic (chopped) – 1 tablespoon • Ginger (chopped) – 1 tablespoon • Oyster sauce – 6 tablespoons • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons • Chicken breasts (sliced) – 2 • Oil – 6 tablespoons • Onion (sliced) – 1 • Carrot (peeled & julienned) – 1 • Red bell pepper (sliced) – 1 ________________________________________ Method: 1. In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. 2. Coat the chicken well in this mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken on both sides until browned. 4. In a wok, heat oil and add onion, carrot, and red bell pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes. 5. Add the chicken, remaining oyster sauce mixture, and half a cup of water. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens. 6. Serve with noodles or rice. Fried Fish Ingredients: • Fish – 2 • Oil – for frying • Salt – 1 tablespoon • Red chili powder – 1 tablespoon • Tamarind paste – 1 cup • Cumin seeds – 2 tablespoons • Coriander seeds – 2 tablespoons • Sugar – 1 tablespoon • Fresh coriander – ½ bunch • Mint leaves – ½ bunch • Green chilies – 4–6 • Carom seeds (Ajwain) – 1 tablespoon ________________________________________ Method: 1. Cut the fish from the middle, apply salt, and marinate for 1 hour. 2. Wash the fish and pat it dry. 3. Fry the fish on both sides until golden. 4. In a blender, add all the remaining ingredients and blend into a smooth paste. 5.
