In this run we use Xenophase with Dash Build into Weekly Stratagem 28. This week's stratagem is harder than usual with 3 negative modifiers and only one positive. Conditions: Twice The Foe - There are twice as many Terminus-level enemies Supremacy Of The Strong - Terminus-level enemies are stronger Close In - Ranged Damage is greatly reduced, but Melee Damage is increased Unshaken - You do not lose control upon taking Heavy Hits, and you cannot be knocked back Twice the Foe makes each boss spawn have two bosses at the same time. They also made a change to have two neurothropes out at the same time. Previously in modes like siege it was impossible to see two neurothropes at the together, and there was reason for it. I don't think this was a good call. They protect each other too well with the waves attack. Ballistic Engine also doesn't have many elevations that can be exploited to avoid the waves. Supremacy Of The Strong doubles Boss HP and increase their damage by 33%. In Hard stratagems you already take 30% more damage than on Absolute. With the extra 33% damage, bosses can one/two shot you. Close In decreases ranged damage by 75% and increases melee by 50%. This forces you to use melee classes or use abilities that aren't nerfed by the ranged damage, such as techmarine's servo gun. Because of zoanthropes and neurothropes the melee weapon you pick needs to be able to hit them. We can either pick powerfist or xenophase blade. Unshaken , There wasn't a big benefit for assault since hammer of wrath gives no knockback already and you want it for the range damage reduction. But for classes like bulwark and techmarine it can help. For bulwark you wouldn't need to take the last signature perk. Unfortunately I couldn't do a full run with this build. The build can deal with the First Double Boss Spawn, but the 2nd one is too much. Let me explain, right now in Absolute and Hard Strats the 2nd Boss spawn doesn't stop the timer for Extremis Spawns and Waves/Massive Waves, and Majoris can call for reinforcements, unless the mission has a final boss section, then the 1st Boss spawn will not have the timers paused. Ballistic Engine is bugged and the final section never spawns bosses(Unless it's intended). Ballistic Engine used to spawn bosses in the final section, but I haven't seen it happen in almost half a year. So it is possible to only have one boss spawn in this map. Even with just the first spawn it is difficult, especially double neurothrope. Double Carnifex and Carnfix & Neurothrope are very manageable with no extra spawns. Some areas are harder than others. First boss spawn area in the opening is difficult if there are neurothropes. Double Carnis are easy to kite here around the stair areas. 2nd boss spawn during the loading missile section I found was the easiest to deal with double neurothropes. Kite around the middle area. But due to the line of sight it is harder to go ham on a Carnifex, since the other boss has LoS of it. 3rd area after going up elevator is the easiest. After triggering the boss run back into the facility and kite around there. Lure one boss in and go ham on it. Pay close attention to when neurothropes starts the waves and disengage with other boss and stop the wave. 4th boss spawn in the trainyard, is probably the hardest. Neurothropes and Zoanthropes are higher up in the air, making it impossible to hit them with powerfist and xenophase without them doing the wave. Also because they are higher the indication for the waves are also more difficult to see. You won't see the wave scan across the ground. You can also consider dropping down to the area after the train to deal with neuros and zoans more easily because they don't fly as high, but you can get trapped by the waves since there isn't much space to run down there. If the final area wasn't bugged it would probably be difficult because there is only one place with cover to fight, but there are 2 guaranteed heals and a lot of resources. I was able to complete with single boss spawn multiple times, but kept failing when the 2nd boss spawn happened. The extra extremis and waves along with double bosses was too much. I'll probably try again with a stronger build/class. Also the boss with the bottom health bar is the one that spawns mobs after half health, try to kill the one on top first.
