ADI KAILASH OM PARVAT YATRA | EP 6 | Om Parvat | काली नदी उदगम स्थान | Narayan Ashram | Dangerous Roads In this series we bring you a detailed tour of Adi Kailash and Om Parvat yatra we undertook in May. We did a road trip with our Tata Punch to cover 2000 kms one way to reach Uttarakhand (Dharchula). From Dharchula we hired a 4x4 vehicle to do the yatra to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat. In this episode we bring you our travel from Gunji / Napalchu to Om Parvat which is a distance of 20 kms. We started our drive for the day from our Homestay at 7.45 am and after 1 hour 30 minutes we reached the viewpoint of the almighty Om mountain. We also visited Kali River starting point on our way back. We encountered rough weather, cloudy with some rain, making it very difficult to have a glimpse of the holy mountain. Finally, after a wait of 4.5 hours we were able to get darshan. We felt blessed.
