Homemade Chicken and Dumplings 1 Whole cut-up Chicken 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions 1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper 2 Teaspoons of Onion Powder 2 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon of Black pepper 3 Teaspoons of Salt (Add to Chicken in pot) ***Boil your whole chicken for 1 hour and 15 mins. Dumplings Recipe 2 Cups of Self Rising Flour 3/4 Cups of Chicken Broth (Do not add Salt. Chicken broth had salt in it.) 1/2 Stick of Soften Butter Let Dumplings Cook for 20 mins. then add chicken.
