Affiliate links on where to get the transmitters below. I received my Noble NB4 transmitter today and the difference in lag is visually noticeable. I haven't driven it yet but it's obviously quicker, so I recorded both systems at 240 FPS and calculated the total system lag from hand to servo. This includes all lag in the transmitter and in the servo, not just the transmitter latency. Can't wait to try racing it. I might not notice a big difference, but I have a feeling I will notice going back to the slower system afterwards. The servo is incredibly fast and precise, and I think the reduced latency will help me take full advantage of the fast servo on my bumpy track where I actually have to react to what the track does to the car in corners. The other transmitter, the DasMikro GT3C, is a very good transmitter for scale cars and cars with manual gearboxes as it has several three-position switches and potentiometers for variable control of up to eight channels.
