It taste's extremely delicious and the smokey flavour, makes it more aromatic. Restaurant Style Tandoori Chicken - • Tandoori Chicken without oven | Perfect Ca... Ingredients For Dough: (Serves 3) 1/2 cup Water 1 1/2 cup Refined Flour Salt 1 tsp Oil Water Ingredients For Filling: 1/2 cup Leftover Chicken Tandoori(boneless) 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves 1 tsp Green Chilli(chopped) 1/2 Onion(chopped) Salt 1 tsp Lemon Juice Ingredients For Tandoori Masala: 1/2 cup Yogurt 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp Kasuri Methi 1 tsp Lemon Juice Salt 1 tsp Oil Ingredients For Tandoori Chicken Momos: 2 tbsp Oil Tandoori Masala 1 pc. Charcoal Method: 1. Take refined flour in a large bowl and add salt, oil, water to it 2. Knead it to form a dough, and cover the bowl for around 15-20 minutes 3. Now, take leftover boneless chicken in a bowl, add coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, salt, lemon juice over it 4. Mix it, and keep it aside 5. Now, take yogurt in a bowl, and add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, kasuri methi, lemon juice, salt, oil, to it 6. Give it a mix and keep it aside 7. Now, take the dough which was kept aside; cut it onto small pieces and roll it 8. Now, take one flat rolled dough, and, at its center add 1 tbsp of Tandoori filling 9. Cover it with the help of some water, and keep it side 10. Do the same, with remaining dough pieces, and steam them 11. Once steamed, heat some oil in a pan, and add tandoori masala to it 12. Cook it till the oil starts separating, and simultaneously, heat a piece of charcoal 13. Once the oil is separated, carefully pick momos, and place it in th pan 14. Give it a stir and flip it, so the momos get cooked on both the sides 15. Now, place a steel bowl in the pan; add hot charcoal in it, then add oil over the charcoal, and cover the pan for around 30 seconds 16.
