I was invited to attend the media day opening for Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California's new for 2016 attraction, The Joker! The Joker is a steel track hybrid coaster built on the foundations of the park's old wood coaster, Roar. The Joker was built by Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC) and is 100 ft. tall, goes 53 mph, is 3,200 ft. long, has a maximum descent angle of 78 degrees, and features 3 inversions.
