The main cast is made up of normally quite mysterious characters, including the Vessel, Asriel, and Dess. Darkeners are often changed up quite a bit based on their new roles, featuring new names and personality traits, but still reminiscent of their old selves. But its not only characters that shift, Deltarune's motifs do as well. With a Vi as the main character, you'll have to worry about being an empty vessel rather than a simple puppet.
