Today we’re introducing one of the newest members of our team, Brad 👋 You’ll start to notice a common theme in the people we bring on—grit, life experience, and a strong sense of mission. Brad brings all of that. Raised in Colorado with deep family ties to farming and ranching, he later served as a Navy chaplain alongside Marine units, where leadership, resilience, and perspective mattered every day. After earning his MBA and working in consulting, Brad was looking for more than project-based work. He wanted to be part of something meaningful. That led him to KC Cattle Company and Valor Provisions, where he now helps strengthen the financial foundation of what we’re building. 📊 As we head into 2026, we’re focused on supporting farmers and ranchers, increasing transparency in our food system, and delivering high-quality American-raised products to more families 🇺🇸🥩. Brad is a big part of that next chapter.
