The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation: (1:58) Spinning with your Arms Outstretched (2:55) J-Sit (3:48) Arching (5:00) Tabletop (6:07) Upward Dog and Downward Dog The goal is to build up to be able to do 21 reps of each of the 5 Rites.
