By considering real-life stories and examples of successful actions, participants will reflect on how systemic discrimination shows up in their communities and organizations and consider strategies to address it. By the end of the session, participants will: review the key characteristics and impacts of systemic discrimination consider reasons for taking action reflect on organizational or community-based examples of systemic discrimination become familiar with actions to address them consider resources to support next steps These sessions are free and are offered to all members of the public several times throughout the year.
