This video is about Friday The 13th floods La Torre Golf Resort. Lots of people out filming and photographing the heaviest rainfall Murcia has ever had since records began. This is at the golf resort in Spain where I live. The resort has literally been split in two halves as the flood barriers gave way and the water poured in. After filming this, as the day progressed it became clear it was not just the golf course and underground car parks that had got flooded, lots of people in the resort had suffered flooding too as part of the perimeter wall around the resort had also collapsed. The people of La Torre are all rallying round to help each other in the clean up process now that the waters are subsiding. Its a great community, and La Torre is a fabulous place to live, even in a Gota Fría!
