14 Jan 2025 (the rest) 17 Jan 2025 (low-rise) 7 Jul 2025 (shuttle, fireman & podium lift) Labrador Tower is an office development located in Pasir Panjang. It is the tallest building in the area, tied with its neighbour mTower. Labrador Tower has a total of 34 above-ground floors and 4 basements. The main tower has Fujitec lifts whilst the Podium Wing has Schindler lifts. The basements consist of the carpark and are served by the carpark lifts, the cargo lift and the fireman lift. The first floor consists of retail spaces, with a sheltered access to the bus stop next to the complex. The second floor is the main entrance of the building. It also provides a sheltered linkway to Alexandra Retail Centre, the retail development of mTower. At the time of recording, the 3 banks of office lifts did not have their turnstiles working yet (some building companies follow this fashion). As such, I was able to film all 3 sets of lifts as the security did not give a single shit about me entering. Take note that the low-rise section is owned entirely by Prudential, who have their own reception at the 2nd floor. The main lifts for the Podium have been turnstiled since opening however, so no video of those lifts were recorded. Through the 3rd to 32nd floors are the office floors. Some of the floors have sky gardens. The 33rd floor is probably a mechanical floor for the building’s systems??? It is accessible by the cargo and fireman lift but I would highly advise against visiting that. The 34th floor has an Italian restaurant, Alfero, which occupies the whole floor. The restaurant itself is open-air. To access this floor it is served by the fireman lift, which acts as the main shuttle lift, and the cargo lift. At the time of recording there was no one at the desk at the 2nd floor as the restaurant was not opened for the day yet but I believe reservations are required for entry. I am not sure if there is a barrier during closing hours now however. The main office lifts are supplied with Fujitec’s Destination Reservation Guidance System (DRGS) which allows for the system to run more efficiently by reducing waiting times. It also poses as a benefit to larger lift lobbies. The Mid-Rise and High-Rise are a set of 6 lifts while the Low-Rise is just a set of 3. Speed shown here is the rated speed shown on Fujitec’s website.
