Your family and friends will love this! #asmr #delicious #recipe #easy #blueberry RECIPE: • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust (or) make your own crust • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk • 1/3 cup lemon juice • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions 1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, and continue beating until smooth and combined. Add lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. 2. Fill graham cracker crust evenly. Top with blueberry pie filling and refrigerate until set; this will take between 2 to 4 hours. If using fresh blueberries, use 2 1/2 cups, washed and drained. 3/4 cup sugar 3 Tbsp. water 1/4 cup cornstarch...adding just enough water to dissolve cornstarch. Add berries, water and sugar to a heavy sauce pot and bring to a boil. Then add dissolved cornstarch to berries and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool to room temp. GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST Ingredients · 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs · 1/3 cup white sugar · 6 tablespoons butter, melted Directions 1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, until well blended. Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate. 2. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool.
