Le réel et son double | Olivier Vanderhaeghen | TEDxUNamur

Olivier Vanderhaeghen offers a philosophical reflection on how young people today apprehend what we call reality. In times of identity breakdown or generational crisis, some young people clearly adhere to another form of reality: the double of what we perceive daily as being so called rational. This double is made of complicism or vain illusions but which give meaning to perceived discriminations or injustices suffered. It is a way of controlling their existence while opting for a totally phantasmal reality. Olivier est historien et philosophe de formation. Fonctionnaire de Prévention à Molenbeek-Saint-Jean il s’investit dans les enjeux sociaux de la société en particulier les questions liées au radicalisme et à l’extrémisme. Il est également Maitre-assistant à la Haute Ecole Paul-Henri Spaak et à la Haute Ecole Ilya Prigogine ainsi que chargé de cours en prévention de la criminalité à l’Ecole de Police de Bruxelles.
