ASMR Head Massage Role Play to Relax, Reduce Headache & Sleep. Binaural Ear to Ear Head & Face Massage Sounds, Whispering, Wear head phones and when ever you like you can close your eyes. These types of my video are my favorites, this video requires a surprising amount of work to complete, it includes no less then 8 stereo tracks at times. After all the work i am very happy with the results. I use both my Rode NTG3 microphones in stereo with a set of OKM binaural microphones just to give a extra sense of depth or me moving around you. I did some foley recordings to add to the effect (sound effect recordings of head massage sounds) i am slowly working on getting better recordings. As always it is my intention to help you relax with all the subtle sounds i can record. I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing? That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience. I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.
