Welcome to your 15 Minute Core + Abs Dumbbell At-Home Workout! I hope you enjoy this routine which challenge and strengthen your deeper core muscles. This is a no repeat routine combining effective bodyweight exercises and using one dumbbell. If you do not have a dumbbell, no problem. All the moves can be done without equipment OR grab a can of food or two from the kitchen.
