Lemony Greek Meatballs with Herby Buttered Orzo MUKBANG + Recipe!

Today, we're making meatballs! But these aren't your standard meatballs -- these have a Greek flair to them and are served with a super lemony gravy overtop some herby buttered orzo. Obsessed! I subbed chicken bone broth for standard stock to up the protein, and ended up doing 2 cups of it. I also added an additional tbsp of flour when I made my roux to thicken up the extra liquid. Next time I will definitely double the sauce and make with long pasta! I also didn't have enough ground chicken so I used some ground beef to supplement, and lastly I decided to add a couple big handfuls of spinach at the end for a nice nutrient boost!
