Come with me to see the behind the scenes of our training camp in Portugal. Back in April, we flew out to Portugal for a 4-day training camp with Fermanagh ahead of our Ulster Championship clash vs Down — and I brought the camera along to give you an inside look at how it all went down 🔥 We stayed at Browns Sports Resort, one of the top athlete training bases in Europe, and packed the days with: ✅ Twice-a-day sessions, gym & pitch sessions (in-house games) ✅ Recovery in saunas, ice baths, and more ✅ Good food, downtime, and some strolls in Albufeira ✅ Ping-pong, paddle, tennis and team bonding ✅ A full walkthrough of the training facilities While we didn’t film the actual pitch sessions, but I take you through our full training plan, the recovery setup, and the structure of the camp — so you get a real sense of what a Championship prep camp looks like behind the scenes for an inter-county team.
