Note: I say that only autistic people stimulate, because only they do it with these issues and in all these forms. Nevertheless, people with trauma, with derealization, who have sensory disorders or an AD(H)D, for examples, can have partly similar behaviors - in particular self-regulatory behaviors. In general, we talk more about fidgetting than stiming in these cases.
