Built by 87-year-old retired mechanical engineer Akshya Kumar Pattnaik, the collection features over 30,000 vintage artefacts gathered over decades of travel across Odisha. From antique metal collections to early communication devices, the museum traces the evolution of science and engineering. Despite many items no longer being functional, Pattnaik says preservation for future generations was always his mission.
