There has been a significant growth in the number of RV, van and car dwellers living on the streets in and around Vancouver this past year or so. Vancouver has become the 2nd most expensive city on earth to live, so this trend with probably only increase over time. This area is around Terminal and Clark street in Vancouver. There are many such areas now. Seizing these vehicles become an expensive proposition for the city as often they are not claimed and disposal costs are high. The city is reluctant to do much presently, which only serves to frustrate neighbors and businesses.
