Hello again 3rd video, Yay!!! Our menu today is Aglio Olio Pasta With Scallops Ingredients required: olive oil salt pepper chili flakes butter pasta (I used Spaghetti here) English parsley and scallops :) Most recipes will tell you to cook things simultaneously to save time, but I tried that and ended up with burnt Aglio olio pasta (I've repeated this dish 4 times). That's why I'm doing it step by step here: cook the pasta first, set it aside, fry the garlic, set it aside, sear the scallops, set it aside, deglaze the pan using the pasta water and only then combine the pasta and the garlic, parsley, and chili flakes by saute'ing in high heat at the last minute. I may be biased, but this is one of the best pasta dishes that I've ever eaten. Everything is just flavorful, fragrant, and balanced. Super yummy. Try it and let me know how it goes.
