I am currently working on my PhD in computer science, and the project is to go through the Lumen database at https://lumendatabase.org to determine how the DMCA is being used under social rule system theory. I wanted to do these videos to show that yes, there are some really interesting things going on with the DMCA in relationship to structural non-compliance and how that appears in a DMCA notice, and that those notices are being acted upon even if they are not structurally compliant with the law.
