Engaging Patients in Value Assessment and Health Outcomes Research

The PhRMA Foundation (PhF) funds early career investigators conducting novel value assessment and health outcomes research. All applicants for our grants and fellowships are required to include patient engagement in their research. By actively involving patients in the research process, researchers can gain invaluable insights into patient preferences and priorities, resulting in more relevant, effective findings. In this webinar, members of the PhF Scientific Advisory Committee, a past PhF awardee, and a patient advocate discuss the importance of patient engagement in value assessment and health outcomes research and how applicants for PhF awards can demonstrate their commitment to patient-centered research in their grant package.
