Guess who's getting married!!! Today we are flying from Fulton County Airport (KFTY) in Atlanta, GA to Brunswick VOR (SSI) then down the coast to Flagler Executive (KFIN). We are headed to Florida for a three day weekend and plan to do some relaxing with friends in Palm Coast, FL. It really is great to have friends that live next to the beach! Our trip happen to coincide with the biggest sand drift of the year and the air was full of brown dust from the Sahara Desert. The dust drifted for days before hitting Florida, Georgia and most of the southern US. During the flight I passed 150 hours of flight time and used that as an ruse to propose during the flight. Im not the most romantic person, not even close, so this was a pretty big deal. I just purchased a new video editing software so hopefully the video quality will be better. We flew in my 1967 Piper Arrow today under VFR rules. Although it looks hard to see, visibility was actually pretty good. Subscribe for notification of future FIVE MINUTE FLIGHT videos.
