Mario's Journal: Day 31 (Part 1) We traveled back to Toad Town and went to Shooting Star Summit. I told my friends that if they wanted to back out, now was the time. None of them backed out. They all wanted to see this through to the end. The Star Spirits opened the Star Way for us and we walked to Star Haven. It really was beautiful and the stars there were so kind. They pointed us to the shrine where the Star Spirits were. The Star Spirits gifted me a new ability called the Star Beam. The Star Beam drains the power of the Star Rod. This will definitely help! The Star Spirits also gave us a little spaceship so that we can fly to Bowser's Castle. That's exactly what we did. Bowser was prepared for us though. There were koopatrols ready to take us on, but we were ready to fight them all. We eventually reached a prison cell where some of the guests from the party and the minister were being held. I couldn't free them since I didn't have the right key to the cell, but I'll make sure they have a way out. Peach would never forgive me if I left all these people here. There's still no sign of Peach or Twink.
