China's BEST FIRST CLASS | China Eastern 777-300ER Beijing to Shanghai

Chinese state owned carriers have always been regarded as some of the world’s most obsolete airlines in terms of air hospitality. However, my very first flight on China Eastern’s 777-300ER first class was a genuinely enjoyable experience, and it was perhaps the best domestic flight I have ever flown. The 90 minutes shuttle from Beijing to Shanghai flew by even before I had time to lie flat. The cruising time was mostly occupied with a lunch service that consisted of an appetiser, entree, and dessert. I have to commend the cabin crew on today’s flight as they embodied world class service that would easily rival Japanese carriers and made this very short flight a calm and relaxed experience.
