I feel like all of the nectar stuff should've been added to the game with My Wedding Stories. You know, since there's a whole vineyard themed area in Tartosa and weddings are parties where people tend to drink! I made this a lot a rental, but it can of course be a residential if you'd like, although, given that it's almost August it may be perfect timing for your sims to just go on holiday there! I tried to put some greenery and such on the awkward empty space outside the lot, and TOOL was really helpful, but it's quite possible that none of it will be included on the gallery or in the tray files.
