50th Annual Stulberg International String Competition - SEMIFINALS

Twelve semifinalists compete for the chance to win performance opportunities and cash prizes. Learn more about the Stulberg International String Competition on the Stulberg website. Starting at 9:30am, the Stulberg Competition Semifinals is the first live round of the 50th Annual Stulberg International String Competition. Twelve semifinalists were selected from a pool of 230+ applicants from around the world to compete at the semifinals and finals rounds. For this round, the semifinalists from will perform some of the most challenging music written for solo string instrument (violin, viola, cello, bass) and piano accompaniment. In addition, they will perform an 8-minute passage of a concerto commissioned specially for the 50th Anniversary of the Stulberg International String Competition.
