Practical Kata Bunkai for Sochin showing four progressions of anti-grappling. It starts with a simple application for shuto-uke as a lapel grab defence and then builds up over with three more progressions. Please note these are just surface level explanations and the concepts/principles/techniques/variations of each application are not explored in detail in the video, however hope there is enough in there to give you a look into the way I approach kata and some useful applications for you to play/experiment with!
