It was famous with its nickname "The Leaf". It was the second Nokia 3G phone, after 6650. The phone was designed as a “fashion” product, with its quirky design, almost square form, with keyboard split on both sides of the display. It was very difficult to use, especially for writing. ❌ From a hardware point of view, the phone was nothing special. It is based on 6650, uses Nokia’s Series 40 platform, 65k colors 128x160 resolution display and only back camera (no front-facing). Nokia 7600 doesn't have a memory card slot, and built-in memory was only 29MB. This was very low even for its time, considering that the phone can play Mp3 files. The display also is considered as not very good, and you can almost cannot recognize that is 65k display, when compared to older 4096 displays of older Nokia phones. The missing front camera and mail client makes 3G technology of the phone almost useless. 🎨 There are two color variants for the phone - Silver and Yellow. Limited edition of the phone exist, it was releases at the phone launch, and has different package and accessories compared to retail units.
